I’m a marketing manager, an avid runner, and I enjoy weight training.

I played on the Canadian National Softball Team for 5 years, representing Canada at the 2005 World Championships, 2007 Pan American Games and 2007 World University Games.

I played varsity softball at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver BC, where I won an NAIA National Championship in 2005 and earned my BBA in Marketing.

I was the starting third baseman (The Hot Corner-get it?) for the Canadian Olympic Softball Team that placed 4th at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.

I love travelling, furniture shopping, spending time with my beautiful family and fuelling my addiction for Starbucks Skinny Lattes.

I’m an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor specializing in Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and team conditioning.

I’ve started my own business, The Hot Corner, and aspire to open my own studio in Durham Region.
