Power Yoga is a relatively new practice that is growing in popularity across North America. Recognized as a vigorous workout, Power Yoga modifies traditional yoga asanas (postures) and focuses on building strength, improving endurance and making you sweat! The Hot Corner provides Power Yoga classes for Level 1, 2 and 3 students.
Erin loves to practice Power Yoga when she wants to:

• Challenge herself mentally and physically
• Get a good sweat going
• Build strength in her upper/ lower body and core
• Focus on arm balances or unique holds
• Practice a vinyasa or flow style of yoga
